PortfolioVantage combines CIC Services' captive insurance expertise with ePremium's technology for tenant enrollment, compliance tracking and coverage monitoring. Together, they help property owners administer tenant legal liability coverage across their portfolios while potentially retaining underwriting profit through an insurance company they own.
