The 2019 Top 100 Technology Executives to Watch Awards are an extension of the HMG Strategy Transformational CIO Awards, established in 2012, which recognize senior technology executives who have performed with distinction, excelling in areas such as Leadership, Innovation, Transformation, Industry Give-Back, Growth Management and Legacy Direction.

Nominees for the 2019 Top 100 Technology Executives to Watch Awards must be senior-level technology leaders for publicly-held or privately-held companies or for state and federal government agencies who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in one or more of the categories cited above. Nominees from for-profit companies must work for organizations that had a minimum 2017 gross revenue of $1 billion (USD). Nominations can be made by direct reports, peer-level colleagues or by technology executives themselves.

Technology executives who are recognized for their outstanding achievements will be selected based on their nomination criteria as well as a culmination of meetings, interviews, and conversations conducted by Hunter Muller, President and CEO of HMG Strategy, along with members of the HMG community.

Applications must be fully completed and submitted to HMG Strategy by no later than November 1, 2018. Award recipients will be notified in December 2018. The awards will be presented in the following locations: HMG Strategy's 2019 Global Innovation Summit, February 28, 2019 in Menlo Park, CA; at HMG Strategy's 2019 Summit of America on March 27, 2019 in New York; and at additional HMG Strategy Executive Leadership Summits across North America and Europe throughout 2019.
