ATLANTA, April 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Salesfusion, the provider of a no-fail approach to marketing automation, today announced that Cireson, a world leader in Microsoft Cloud and System Center has streamlined the integration of its marketing automation platform (MAP) and SugarCRM by replacing HubSpot with Salesfusion.
The company's previous MAP provider, HubSpot, did not offer a native integration to SugarCRM, instead requiring the use of two third-party tools to pass data between the two platforms. The process still required the Cireson marketing team to perform multiple tasks manually. The lack of true integration prevented Cireson from automating all activities, and decreased productivity, leading the company to upgrade to Salesfusion, which provides a native integration to SugarCRM.
"Communication between sales and marketing is key for us and with so much manual entry being done on our part, it was hard to consistently ensure nothing was falling through the cracks," said Julie Feller, Director of Marketing at Cireson. "In order to better align our two teams, we needed to replace Hubspot with a MAP that natively integrated with our CRM. When we saw the tight integration between Salesfusion and SugarCRM, without the need for any middleware, transitioning to Salesfusion was an obvious choice."
After making the switch, Cireson no longer needed either of the third-party tools, saving them thousands of dollars per year. Along with the initial cost savings and eliminated sync issues, Cireson's implementation of Salesfusion streamlined the company's lead follow-up processes, enabled lead scoring and automated all their marketing reporting.
"It is no secret that businesses benefit by tightly aligning sales and marketing," said Carol O'Kelley, CEO at Salesfusion, "Leveraging a Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) with native integration to the CRM is the very foundation of sales and marketing alignment. While some MAPs don't support CRM integrations, or only do so through expensive third-party tools, since our inception, Salesfusion has invested heavily in natively integrating our platform to the leading CRMs. We are proud to work with clients like Cireson who recognize the value marketing technology can deliver and won't settle on a sub-optimized mar-tech architecture."
Salesfusion is architected for seamless synchronization with CRM platforms, and currently provides native integrations to seven CRM platforms, including Bullhorn, Infor CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, Sage, Salesforce and Sugar. Supporting integrations to an array of CRMs allows Salesfusion customers to migrate from one CRM to another without disrupting their marketing automation efforts.
