Between now and Nov. 15, Wisconsin football fans are encouraged to visit participating CITGO locations in Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee, Wis. and fill out an entry form for the chance to win two tickets to see Wisconsin's home team play in Tampa Bay on Dec. 21, with round trip airfare and hotel accommodations included in the prize.
