BI-Clinical Framework 10.3 was ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 certified as an EHR Module on Dec 15, 2010 by Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT(R)). In addition to the 44 Meaningful Use clinical quality measures, the BI-Clinical framework has a rich library of hundreds of clinical measures including all PQRI and JCAHO core measures.

BI-Clinical is designed as a modular framework for EMR/EHR and Health IT vendors to offer best-in-class clinical quality reporting. BI-Clinical's Clinical Measure Processing module provides a highly configurable ability for creating both simple and complex clinical measures - an important capability for meeting Meaningful use Stage 2 and Stage 3 requirements and needs of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).

BI-Clinical provides utilities for managing individual patients as well as population health management.
