Mr. Lawrence Ho, Co-Chairman and CEO of Melco Crown Entertainment and Co-Chairman, Mr. James Packer, screened the special TV promotional film for City of Dreams Manila featuring Hollywood film Director, Mr. Martin Scorsese and Hollywood mega-stars, Mr. Robert De Niro and Mr. Leonardo DiCaprio.
