City of Milton Residents and Businesses to Benefit from New Natural Gas Alliance Partnership
ATLANTA, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The City of Milton is partnering with Gas South to provide residents and businesses a two cent per therm discount on any rate plan. New residential and business customers from the City of Milton do not have to pay a deposit, their connection fee is waived and if they enroll online, they will receive a bill credit. Existing Milton customers may also take advantage of the discount by calling the Gas South Customer Care Center or enrolling online at www.gassouth.com/milton.

Gas South has similar partnerships with 13 municipalities, five electric membership corporations (EMCs) and two county partners throughout the state of Georgia. The City of Milton is the eighth city or jurisdiction in Fulton County to partner with Gas South, joining Buckhead (via the Buckhead Coalition), College Park, Fairburn, Hapeville, Roswell, Sandy Springs and Union City. Since 2006, the program has helped tens of thousands of customers save $13 million.
