Civitas Senior Living Announces Plans for New Memory Care Community in Frisco, Texas
The company plans to operate, and manage, La Fontaine Memory Care, a Memory Care community offering a unique design and approach to caring for those with Dementia.
FRISCO, Texas, Aug. 27, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- La Fontaine will be opening December 2015. This development will be the fourteenth property in the company's expanding portfolio.
La Fontaine is conveniently located near the Centennial Medical Center and across from La Fontaine's sister community, Stonemere Rehabilitation Center. The community will provide 28 memory care units. The construction company for this project is Rosco Construction.
La Fontaine Memory Care amenities will include a beauty salon, two courtyards with soothing fountains and plant- able gardens, walking trails, and radiant heated flooring in all bathrooms. The community will provide a stimulating experience daily for the residents with the four neighborhoods that have been uniquely designed. La Fontaine will be managed by Civitas Senior Living located in Ft.Worth, TX under the leadership of Wayne and Misti Powell. Together, this management team has more than 25 years of experience operating senior living communities in Texas. Because La Fontaine will be privately owned, management can focus on meeting the needs of the residents of their community rather than the demands of shareholders.
