Civitas Senior Living Expands Its East Texas Presence With Acquisition of The Hampton's Community

TYLER, Texas, March 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Civitas Senior Living today announced the acquisition of The Hampton's Senior Living Community from previous owner. The agreement adds 120 independent and 56 assisted living apartments, 30 cottage-style residences and 38 memory care suites to the company's expanding East Texas presence that also includes recently acquired communities in Athens, Longview and Kilgore.

As The Hampton's new owner and operator, Powell said Civitas will manage the community's full range of operations, including the implementation of its resident-focused, signature Passion Program, a comprehensive continuum of care designed to inspire healthier, more active and higher quality of lives for its residents.
