CKO Kickboxing Holds Black Friday Special for New Gym in South Bay of Los Angeles
LAWNDALE, Calif., Nov. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CKO Kickboxing, one of the fastest growing health fitness franchises, will launch its newest fitness kickboxing gym with Black Friday Specials on Nov. 25, 2016 in Lawndale. One hour-long CKO Kickboxing class is a total body workout that incorporates the punches of boxing and the kicks of kickboxing along with calisthenics and aerobics to give a fast-paced workout like no other.

The 4,000 square-foot CKO Kickboxing gym is located across from the South Bay Galleria Mall, at 4415 Redondo Beach Blvd. It is at the intersection of Hawthorne, Artesia and Redondo Beach.
The Black Friday special includes two offerings. People who sign up before noon will get a free enrollment. People who sign up after noon will pay only $20 for their enrollment, which is less than the normal enrollment fee. Everyone who signs up will receive boxing gloves and a T-shirt. Classes start on Saturday morning.
The new gym features 50 heavy bags so that each participant has his/her own heavy bag. All classes are led by motivated instructors whose passion for fitness and kickboxing flows onto the participants so that the classes are action-packed, burn calories, and reduce stress in an atmosphere designed to be fun and engaging.
Asha Ross, an international DJ from London who has lived in LA for eight years, owns the new gym.
