Clade, A Private, Digital Club For The World's Most Influential Investors, Has Officially Launched

NEW YORK, Jan. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Clade, a private, digital community for the world's wealthiest investors and philanthropists, has officially launched its prestigious, invite-only deal and networking platform. 

Following its initial incubation inside of Credit Suisse, Clade has since evolved into an independent, fintech business backed by a group of wealthy investors who confidently believe in the vision of Clade's Co-founders and Credit Suisse alumni, Jonathan Lipton and Jan Oliver Koelble.

New Clade members will join a select group of existing founding charter members, and will immediately obtain private access to the overall network. Membership is determined by Clade's highly selective Admissions Committee and based on the applicant's individual merit, as well as referral from other active members. Membership, which is capped in size, is being drawn globally. Specific admissions requirements and members' names are not made available to the public.

Clade's private club app provides its elite members with a social network to enhance their global reach by allowing individuals to connect around common interests, as well as share their proprietary investment opportunities and non-profit ventures amongst the community. Jonathan Lipton is the CEO and Co-founder of Clade.  Previously, Mr. Lipton served as the Head of UHNW Strategies at Credit Suisse, where he was charged with creating new proprietary investment products and opportunities for the firm's most sophisticated clients, globally.  Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr. Lipton was a Principal and Co-founder of The Goshawk Group, an Asia-focused advisory firm.  Mr. Lipton serves a Trustee of Montefiore Medical Center, and is active in several other non-profits.  Jan Oliver Koelble is the COO and co-founder of Clade.  Prior to Clade, Mr. Koelble worked in various roles at Credit Suisse's private bank including serving as the COO of Assets & Investments Americas.  Mr. Koelble is a Member of the Board of NY Chapter of the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce.
