In this model, Dr. Cacciamani sees an average of eight to 10 patients daily.  His practice serves a population of more than 2.1 million people, covers an area in Utah of roughly 4,242 square miles, stretching through four counties from Provo, Utah, South of Salt Lake City to Layton, Utah North of Salt Lake City.
