SHELTON, Conn., Sept. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Clayton Holdings LLC, a leading provider of due diligence, underwriting and surveillance services to the residential and commercial mortgage and fixed-income industries, announced today that James Meleones has joined the company as Senior Managing Director of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) services.
In this position, Mr. Meleones will be responsible for all aspects of Clayton's commercial real estate practice, including loan-level due diligence, loan and portfolio valuation and portfolio oversight and strategy. He will report directly to Paul Bossidy, President and CEO of Clayton.
Mr. Meleones brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Clayton. Most recently, he spent 15 years at Bank of America where he was the National Underwriting Manager for the bank's Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) business, responsible for structuring, underwriting and pricing all loans originated for CMBS securitization. Prior to Bank of America, Mr. Meleones spent 20 years at Continental Wingate Company, where he focused on commercial real estate.
