The Lifestyle Collection is comprised of four models, each with their own customizable amenities that were designed with certain demographics in mind: Connected, Active, Social and Reflective. Clayton Homes will showcase the Reflective home at Berkshire Hathaway's annual meeting. A "Reflective" homeowner demands a home that focuses on the need to retreat, relax and reflect, while also featuring modern amenities and custom details. The home has an inventive layout that gives residents space for privacy as well as a luxury kitchen for gathering throughout the day. The Lifestyle Collection is a line of four different homes designed and built to accommodate different homebuyers' lifestyles. Each home comes with a specific layout and unique set of features allowing consumers to choose a home that reflects their personality and complements their daily routine.

The company unveiled its first prototype in the series at last year's Berkshire Hathaway shareholder gathering. The Connected home was presented as the "Gen Now Concept" home for the newest collection of homes in the Clayton Homes catalog. Since that meeting a year ago, the company has been busy developing additional models to be a part of The Lifestyle Collection. At this year's Berkshire Hathaway event, The Reflective will take center stage as the company announces that The Lifestyle Collection homes will be available to purchase in the coming months.
