Clearette Electronic Cigarette Company Acquires National Distribution Company

NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Clearette Electronic Cigarette Company has acquired Blackstone Distribution, LLC. Blackstone, the national manufacturer and distributor of novelty items and specialty products, will be immediately added to the Clearette lines of electronic Cigarettes, flavored e-hookahs, E-Cigars and personal vaporizers and fluids.

Clearette Senior Vice-President Daniel Gambino stated, "This acquisition serves several purposes. One, our goal as a company is to provide benefit to consumers.  Two, it is highly important that our Independent Distributors, retail partners and affiliates have a well balanced profitable group of products to offer.  There is no reason, as our Independent Distributors build solid mutually profitable relationships with their retailers, that they cannot selectively bring additional items to the point of sale. The Blackstone acquisition will allow them to do that immediately." 

Gambino went to explain that the addition of" impulse buy "novelty items to the independent distributors line of Clearette products will both increase and strengthen their bottom line. " It will allow us to operate extremely competitively with smaller margins and relate cost savings back to the consumer. Now, as our distributors build relationships with the Clearette brand, they will also have a multitude of other items to offer at the point of sale.  We believe this action will enhance our distributor's revenue in excess of 50% annually, and increase each retailer's profits from our lines proportionately."
