Clearlake Capital Backed ConvergeOne Acquires Mountain States Networking

EAGAN, Minn., May 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ConvergeOne, a leading independent provider of best-in-class IT, communications, collaboration and customer interaction solutions and services, announced today it has acquired Mountain States Networking, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner and leading network solutions provider in the western United States.
