SALT LAKE CITY, June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ClearOne (http://www.clearone.com) (Nasdaq: CLRO), a global communications solutions company that develops and sells conferencing, collaboration, streaming media, and connectivity systems for audio, video and web applications, today announced that its StreamNet® technology has received a Notice of Decision to Grant Patent from the Korean Intellectual Property Office, letter #10-2004-7017970 and dated May 3, 2010.

The patent for audio network distribution system, the streaming of time-sensitive audio and video signals over Local Area Networks, is the third such patent obtained by ClearOne. The company also holds U.S. patent # 7,643,894 for its audio network distribution system, granted on January 5, 2010; and patent # 2003-241405 in Australia for streaming A/V over Local Area Networks.
