SHANGHAI, May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Shanghai-based private equity firm ClearVue Partners has announced its sole investment in Shanghai-headquartered CHIC Fresh, a global leader in proprietary cold-crafted (otherwise known as HPP: High Pressure Processing) juice technology.
ClearVue Partners invested USD$30m to fuel CHIC Fresh's fast growth and expansion plans. ClearVue Partners brings its deep sector knowledge, consumer expertise and operational value-add along with the investment.

INVO brand and other CHIC Fresh premium juices are cold-crafted (HPP) - the latest and most sought-after global juice technology. HPP is a cold pasteurization technique and it produces high quality, fresh, nutritious, safe-to-eat juice without using chemical preservatives. Due to the absence of heat in the process, the nutritional properties of the food are maintained. The process also extends the shelf life of the coconut water to 150-days and the premium and functional juices to 90-days - a dramatic increase over the competitor shelf life of 30-days.
