Clearwater Condo Offers Unusual Buyers' Incentives

Strand buyers receive area memberships and discounts before move-in, along with interest on deposits

CLEARWATER, Fla., Dec. 17, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Looking to capitalize on a resurgent condo market, The Strand luxury condominium in downtown Clearwater is offering an unusual package of buyer incentives designed to distinguish the community from others for sale in the Tampa Bay area.
