To drive future growth, the company recently expanded its value-added portfolio with the launch of four new scallop and shrimp products including: Scallop Selects, Bacon Wrapped Scallop Selects, Shrimp with Scallops & Sauce and Shrimp & Sauce. All products will be available to foodservice operators and grocery retailers across North America. Clearwater will showcase the new items at the Seafood Expo North America (SENA) show on March 15-17 in Boston.
