The MSC-certified product consisting of garlic-cream enrobed scallops is available now and will roll-out to North American grocery retailers and restaurants throughout 2013.

To create this innovative product, each Clearwater wild-caught and fresh-frozen scallop is enrobed in a premium garlic cream sauce. The end result is a perfectly coated scallop that goes from frozen to finished in as little as six minutes. Just toss them in a pan, stir and serve, or alternatively, prepare them in the microwave. Pair Scallops & Sauce with pasta, risotto, chicken, steak, fish, or even on their own with a salad on the side - the possibilities are endless.
