At the property's signature restaurant, Ayolí, guests will enjoy an immersive experience that pays homage to the cultural and gastronomic richness of Mexico. Guests will find a culinary experience inspired by emotions and storytelling, beginning with the naming of the restaurant, which serves as an ode to oral tradition, based on the charm of deciphering the secrets of Mexican sayings. Cleviá, San Miguel de Allende, Autograph Collection, features 74 rooms and 42 residences that converge around a central courtyard featuring an infinity pool with a mirror-like water effect.
