Click Bond Welcomes Melody Lewis as New VP, People and Culture

CARSON CITY, Nev., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Click Bond, Inc. is excited to announce that Melody Lewis has joined Click Bond as its Vice President, People and Culture. Lewis brings more than 15 years' experience driving culture and workforce planning to the role. Her skills in business process improvement and onboarding will contribute unique value as Click Bond, a leader in aerospace and defense manufacturing, continues growing, making her an exciting addition to the family-owned and -operated company.

Most recently, Lewis served as Chief People Officer with VSE, an electronic manufacturing services provider with locations in San Jose, California, and Reno. Serving as a member of its executive leadership team, Lewis worked to align talent strategy, engagement, and culture with VSE's business objectives. During her two-year tenure, her accomplishments included leading HR transformation initiatives resulting in revenue growth, developing an effective talent acquisition strategy that led to significant growth in headcount, and guiding a cross-functional task force resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.

Prior to her role at VSE, Lewis held leadership roles in human resources and organizational development at nZero, Clear Capital, TriNet, and Nevada State Bank. A native of the Reno, Nevada, area, Lewis holds master's degrees in organizational leadership and business administration, as well as a Bachelor of Science in human resources management.
