ClickSoftware and EPI-USE Sign Global Partnership Agreement

(Nasdaq: CKSW), the leading provider of automated workforce management and optimization solutions for the service industry, today announced that it has entered into a partnership with the preeminent SAP® Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist, The EPI-USE® Group. The partnership, which will operate across all verticals globally, will provide clients with complementary skills to maximize the return on investment in both ClickSoftware and SAP.

EPI-USE, which is the largest independent SAP HCM consulting firm, with some 800 consultants globally, will provide implementation, business process, support and training services for SAP Workforce Scheduling and Optimization application by ClickSoftware. This will further increase the access ClickSoftware's customers have to specialized HCM and SAP technology skills.

The combination of both organizations expertise in the areas of Time Management, Workforce Management Operations, Scheduling and Rostering will provide new and existing customers with efficient and accurately scaled implementations to deliver a measurable and accurate return on investment.
