Cloud Services Provider Day1 Solutions Secures $2 Million in Seed Capital

MCLEAN, Va., March 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Day1 Solutions, the cloud services and solutions expert, announced today that the company closed an initial seed round of $2 Million.  Funding was secured in response to increasing customer demand for the company's services, and will be used to expand the technical cloud services and sales teams through new hires as well as targeted acquisitions.  The seed round was supported by 10 separate accredited investors with legal oversight provided by Cooley, LLP's Reston, Va. office.
