Prior to joining Cloud Technology Partners, Paola served as Vice President of Client Services at Cloudscaling, the leading elastic infrastructure cloud software and systems company delivering on-premise, production-grade, OpenStack-powered solutions, where he played a key role in the build-out and consequent leadership of the client services organization, and was responsible for key infrastructure as a service (IaaS) public and private cloud deployments for global service providers. 

Before Cloudscaling, Paola provided strategic services to startups in emerging growth industries such as renewable energy and cloud computing.  Before that, he held executive management positions with a number of fast growing innovators, including IronRidge, WNS Global Services, Trinity Partners BPO, LabMorgan (JPMorgan Chase), Scient and Cambridge Technology Partners.  Paola received an MBA in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
