The ConnectWise platform integrates business-process automation, help desk, customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics to dramatically streamline an organization's operations. Many of its users, including MSPs and other IT professional services organizations, rely on it to provide their customers with a centralized, cost-effective, flexible solution to build, support, and fully manage their IT solution offerings.
The integration will allow ConnectWise users to import contacts into CloudBerry Managed Backup and be notified automatically of any backup/restore failures. Additionally, solution providers using ConnectWise will benefit from having backup billing details in one centralized location, along with data from the ConnectWise platform, to offer customers true unified billing.
