CMC Energy Services Names Charlotte Matthews Chair of the Board

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa., April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CMC Energy Services, a women-owned company with a 50-year legacy in energy efficiency, has appointed Charlotte Matthews as Chair of the Board of Directors. Matthews succeeds Eileen McGinnis, who served as Chair for five years and previously led the company as President for a decade.

CMC is a leading provider of energy efficiency and electrification services for low- and moderate-income households. As energy costs rise nationwide, the company remains focused on making homes more comfortable, energy efficient, and affordable.
