CHICAGO, April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CME Group, the world's leading derivatives marketplace, today reported its average daily volume (ADV) reached a monthly record of 41.1 million contracts in March, up 33% year-over-year, and a quarterly record of 36.2 million contracts in Q1, up 22% year-over-year. Additionally, for the first time ever, quarterly volumes reached record levels across interest rate, energy, metals, equity index, agriculture and foreign exchange products.
