De Marco as Chief Operating Officer to open and manage a full service New York City office to address the increased demand for its products and services.  De Marco will develop an expansion plan targeted at improving  SCA's existing strategic alliances.  De Marco will also develop new alliances through proven consultative processes and product development and expand strategic capital market relationships nationwide.  The overall emphasis is to increase the consultative customer service levels through an enhancement of SCA's operational, product and educational platforms.
