CNPV Signs Long Term Sales Agreement with Choice Solar Solutions

LUXEMBOURG and DONGYING, China, July 8, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- CNPV Solar Power SA, a public limited liability company organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and a leading integrated manufacturer of solar photovoltaic products, announced today that they have signed a strategic agreement with Choice Solar Solutions of Nashville Tennessee USA.

Under the terms of the agreement Choice Solar Solutions will consume 30MWp of CNPV Premium range modules over a three year period. 5MWp will ship in 2011, 10MWp in 2012, and 15MWp in 2013. Their geographical region encompasses Tennessee, Alabama, and South Carolina.
