HOUSTON, Jan. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Coats Rose is pleased to announce the election of three new directors, Mindy L. Koehne, Benjamin A. Guider, III, and J.P. Vogel.

Mindy L. Koehne is a Director in the Public Finance section in the firm's Dallas office. Mindy's work is concentrated primarily in the real estate development and public finance areas. Her representation involves the creation and administration of special purpose districts throughout Texas and the issuance of tax-exempt bonds to fund public infrastructure. The majority of Mindy's practice involves the representation of real estate developers who engage in both commercial and residential development.
Benjamin A. Guider, III is a Director in the Real Estate and Affordable Housing sections in the firm's New Orleans office. Ben represents developers, lenders and investors involved in the construction and rehabilitation of apartment complexes and housing developments utilizing a variety of sources of financing including low-income housing and the historic rehabilitation tax credits. Ben graduated from the University of Virginia and completed law school at Tulane University.
J.P. Vogel is a Director in the Construction/Surety and Commercial Litigation sections in the firm's Dallas office. J.P. represents businesses and individuals in the construction industry throughout Texas and the U.S., including owners, general contractors, specialty sub-contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. For many of his clients, J.P. provides daily counsel to their business operations including collection services, drafting and negotiating agreements, corporate governance, and providing practical legal advice. J.P. is a Dallas/Fort Worth native and a graduate of St. Mary University's School of Law, Texas A&M University-College Station, and Highland Park High School.
