TORONTO, Sept. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Coco Group proudly announces the recent acquisition of Russell Redi-Mix Concrete, Langenburg Redi-Mix Ltd., and Roblin Redi-Mix Ltd., commonly referred to as the Russell Group (RRMC), located in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

On September 10th, 2013, Coco Group completed the purchase of RRMC, one of Saskatchewan and Manitoba's largest privately-owned, integrated heavy civil construction companies. RRMC provides heavy civil contracting; aggregates production, supply and hauling; excavation grading and site preparation services; roadway construction and rehabilitation; railway works; ready-mix concrete production and supply; as well as owning and, or operating over 25 licenced gravel pits.
