CODICO and Digi International Announce Distribution Agreement

PERCHTOLDSDORF, Austria and PARIS, Feb. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CODICO GmbH, the Austrian distribution company for electronic components, and Digi International®, (NASDAQ: DGII, www.digi.com), a leading global provider of mission-critical machine-to-machine (M2M) and IoT connectivity products and services, today announced a distribution agreement for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Under this new agreement Digi embedded and RF products will now be available through CODICO's Active Components Group in EMEA.

CODICO GmbH distributes active and passive electronic components and interconnect systems. The company offers active components, including semiconductors and modules, power conversion products and optoelectronics; passive components, such as capacitors, inductive components, frequency control products, EMI components, sound components, filters, resistors, HF-components, switches, sensors and relays; and interconnects, including connectors, cable assemblies, filters and electro acoustics. It also provides project management, technical support, consultation and advice from the initial development phase through to production and beyond.
