Taking Specialty Coffee to the Next Level
LYNNWOOD, Wash., Feb. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Seattle Coffee Gear today announced a significant expansion to their growing specialty coffee program coming in March. They will be launching another larger version of "The Wall" coffee tasting experience at their Bellevue location along with an extensive coffee subscription program for customers nationwide on their website. The Washington state based coffee equipment retailer is continuing with their mission to provide customers with the best in freshly roasted coffee.
Since launching their "Wall" tasting experience at their flagship store last November, Seattle Coffee Gear has continued to introduce new coffee roasters and share their dedication to specialty coffee with their retail customers. They are excited to now bring "The Wall" to their NE 8th St location, offering forty specialty coffees to grind, brew and sample in the store. Locally based Baratza, a leading grinder manufacturer, has provided a Vario grinder for each coffee and are excited to partner with Seattle Coffee Gear on this project. Just like in the flagship location, customers will be encouraged to create their own "tasting flight" selecting blends and single origins from an amazing mix of local and national roasters.
Not to let their other customers feel left out, Seattle Coffee Gear is launching a new way to order specialty coffee from their popular equipment site. Merchandized similar to "The Wall" in their retail stores, customers will shop by flavor profile, roaster and a variety of other attributes. Customers will also be able to set up subscriptions for their favorite coffees- selecting how often, how many and where they would like their coffees delivered each month. This will let customers have freshly roasted coffee arrive at their doorstep or office on a regular basis without having to remember to pick it up or place the order.
In honor of expanding their specialty coffee program, Seattle Coffee Gear will host a special industry event on Thursday, March 10, 2016 starting at 10:00 am. They will also be holding a grand opening celebration of "The Wall" for the public on Saturday, March 12th at 9:00 am. With guest roasters, free goodies and lots of coffee, they encourage coffee drinkers of all types to come join them for a delicious cup.
