Cohen & Grigsby Welcomes Noland J. Cheung as Director and Head of the Firm's Intellectual Property Practice

PITTSBURGH, May 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Grigsby, a business law firm with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA and an office in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce that Noland J. Cheung has joined the firm as a director and head of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice.

Cheung previously served as vice president and chief patent counsel at Bayer MaterialScience LLC, where he was responsible for the Patents and Licensing Department.  He also provided intellectual property counseling services to the company's business and service units.  Additionally, Cheung held a position with Aristech Chemical Company.

Cheung is a board member of the Carnegie Science Center and a member of the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. He also supported the efforts of Bayer's Making Science Make Sense/BASIC organization, which aims to advance science literacy across the United States through hands-on, inquiry-based learning.
