(NYSE: CNS) announced today that the Cohen & Steers Real Estate Securities Fund (CSZIX) has received a 2025 LSEG Lipper Fund Award for its strong risk-adjusted performance over the 10-year period, ended November 30, 2024. This is the tenth consecutive year Lipper has recognized the Fund. For 2025, the Real Estate category for the 10-year period included 136 share classes.
