WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) has named Colangelo & Partners as its event management team for the 14th Annual ACSA Convention & Expo, taking place February 17–18, 2027, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
Colangelo & Partners will work alongside ACSA staff to coordinate event logistics and exhibitor services, supporting a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors. The collaboration will bring additional event management support to the planning and execution of ACSA's premier annual gathering.
"Bringing Colangelo & Partners on board is a strategic step for ACSA. They bring a deep understanding of the beverage alcohol industry to event management that lets our staff concentrate on what we do best: serving our members. I'm confident this partnership will make us a stronger, more effective organization, and I'm excited to have them on our team," says ACSA CEO Emily Pennington.
The annual Convention & Expo brings together craft spirits producers, industry suppliers and other professionals to exchange ideas, build relationships and explore products and services that support their businesses. With craft spirits navigating a changing marketplace, the 2027 event will emphasize candid industry discussions, practical strategies and direct access to peers and partners who understand their challenges.
Programming will include more than 30 hours of education, an improved exhibit hall experience, and networking opportunities designed to help attendees strengthen their businesses and prepare for the year ahead. ACSA's annual awards ceremony will recognize the work of craft spirits producers, and at the Grand Tasting, attendees will have the opportunity to sample hundreds of the industry's most innovative new products, including this year's competition medalists.
"Partnering with the American Craft Spirits Association for the 2027 Convention & Expo is a natural extension of our long-standing commitment to the craft spirits community," said Felipe Gonzalez-Gordon, Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Colangelo & Partners. "Whether through integrated public relations, digital campaigns, or comprehensive event management, our goal is to provide producers with the strategic foundation and visibility they need to thrive. We are honored to work alongside Emily Pennington and the entire ACSA team to deliver an exceptional convention experience in Chicago."
Together, ACSA and Colangelo & Partners will focus on creating an experience that helps participants make the most of their time in Chicago and return to their businesses with useful insights and lasting connections.
