Colin Drummond Joins Ogilvy & Mather West From CP+B

LOS ANGELES, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Highly regarded planner Colin Drummond, is joining Ogilvy & Mather West as Senior Partner, Head of Planning from Crispin Porter + Bogusky where he was lead strategist for the past six-years.

In his new role at Ogilvy & Mather West Drummond will oversee strategic planning on such accounts as Cisco, Arco am/pm, and Nature Made and will lead an aggressive build of the agency's planning capabilities on the West Coast.

Drummond was the lead strategist on some of CP+B's most famous work including the revolutionary MINI and Burger King campaigns.  (The latter led to 21 quarters of growth, tripled unaided brand awareness and won the Account Planning Group's "Jay Chiat Planning Award" for 2005.)  He was selected as one of Advertising Age's top "Up and Comers" in 2007.
