CollaborateMD's New Cloud Medical Billing Version 8.5 Update Introduces Central Business Intelligence with a Customizable Report Builder

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CollaborateMD (CMD), a leading provider of easy and affordable cloud Medical Billing Software and Practice Management Software announced today information on their upcoming 8.5 version. The new release is free to all existing customers and will contain a Central Business Intelligence (CBI) area inside the application.

The Central Business Intelligence (CBI) area will be the foundation for allowing users to retrieve the data they need, how they need it, and when they need it.  In 8.5 the CBI will contain a Report Viewer and Report Builder. The Report Builder allows users to copy any of the current 100+ report templates and modify them with the ease of drag-and-drop fields, filters, grouping, and charting.  Providing the user with the capability to modify report templates on their own will allow them to visualize, analyze, and report on their data in minutes.

Additionally, the Report Builder allows users to create their own report from scratch by selecting fields, filters, and grouping.  Users can add numerous types of charts to their reports with a few clicks of a button. Allowing users to create and modify their own reports provides individual customization for each user, without sacrificing the needs of other users.
