Collaborative Solutions Deploys Workday Human Capital Management at Arch Coal

Collaborative Solutions also developed over 25 integrations to third party systems as part of Arch Coal's Workday deployment project. Prior to Workday, Arch Coal and its subsidiaries relied on software that was no longer supported by its previous technology provider and did not sufficiently meet its business needs. With Workday, Arch Coal increased the degree of standardization among its HR and payroll policies, practices, and service delivery and has one system of record to manage all of its HR functions. Now, Arch Coal's end-users have efficient, self-service access to the data they need across its subsidiaries' mines and facilities located across nine states.
