Collective Expands Senior Staff in Product Management & Sales

NEW YORK, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Collective, a leading media and technology solutions company for online display advertising, today announced that Jason Bigler, formerly of Conductor, Inc. and Ray Colwell, formerly of Transpera, have joined the company's rapidly growing teams in product management and sales.

Mr. Bigler, 36, has been appointed Senior Vice President of Product Management and Strategy.  In this newly created position, Mr. Bigler will oversee product enhancements and pricing, identify new product opportunities and drive deeper integration among the company's customer support, sales and engineering teams.

Mr. Bigler has been a pioneer in digital marketing technology and services for nearly 15 years.  Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Management at Conductor, Inc., a leading provider of SEO measurement and optimization technology. Previously, he spent six years at DoubleClick, Inc. where he oversaw $40 million in revenue growth in several management roles, most recently as Vice President, Product Management-Advertiser Solutions.  Prior to his tenure at DoubleClick, he held product management positions at Privista and Mail.com.  Mr. Bigler received a Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University and his Master's in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Mr. Colwell, 44, joins Collective as Vice President of Inside and Collective Direct Sales, a new position at the company. In this role, Mr. Colwell will drive major account revenue growth and strategic expansion into new market segments.

Mr. Colwell brings more than 20 years of experience in media sales and management to Collective. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Vice President of Sales at Transpera, the largest mobile video delivery and advertising network in North America. During is tenure, he was responsible for defining the company's advertising model as well as driving strategic and revenue objectives. Prior to that position, he served as Senior Vice President at Third Screen Media where he successfully positioned the organization as the largest mobile internet advertising network. Earlier in his career, Colwell served as the Director of Inside Sales for Yahoo!, Inc., where he was responsible for driving inside sales to over $40 million.

Mr. Bigler reports to CEO Joe Apprendi and Mr. Colwell will report to CRO, Todd Taplin.
