Colocation Provider Waveform Technology Completes SAS 70 Data Center Audit

TROY, Mich., Sept. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Local colocation provider Waveform Technology announced today the successful completion of a SAS 70 (Statement on Auditing Standards number 70) audit of Waveform's Troy Michigan Data Center.

Godfry Hammel, Danneels & Company, P.C. performed the independent audit, which verified controls concerning data center environmental monitoring, physical security, and system availability. A SAS 70 certification has become standard in the data center industry as a sign of stable uptime, mature data center management, and dependable data security.
