The Denver Post teamed up with Workplace Dynamics to create the Top Workplace report for 2012. The company created and sent surveys to employees from hundreds of participating organizations. They ranked companies based on employee responses. The survey scored employees' responses on measures, like leadership, values, ethics and benefits. The Top Workplace rankings are divided into three categories, large, midsize and small companies.
