Colorado's Office Evolution® Announces National Expansion Through Franchising

BOULDER, Colo., Aug. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Office Evolution^® today announced a national expansion launch through franchising.  Colorado-based Office Evolution provides small businesses and entrepreneurs with virtual office services such as conference rooms, live phone answering, executive suites, reception and mail services, as well as a professional address.  The company started in 2003 and has grown to eight Front Range locations. Serving over 10,000 client companies since their inception with a consultative, partnering culture, the company keeps things flexible, simple and easy for their clients.  Not requiring long-term contracts – gives clients the flexibility to join on a month-to-month or annual basis depending on their choice.

Mark Hemmeter, Office Evolution President and Founder states: "We are very excited to make the Office Evolution concept available to small businesses across the country.  Our Colorado clients have great admiration for our ability to partner with them and foster their sustained success and growth.  Franchising is a natural distribution strategy for us to extend our service offering nationally.  Our clients are typically small-business owners and entrepreneurs that relate very well to the business spirit present in successful franchisees.  Also, the strong and thorough integration into the local community is a core aspect of our paradigm, local-market franchisees are a critical element."

Office Evolution franchisees will tap into the existing centralized call handling, operations, technology, financial and marketing systems that have been refined over the last nine years, yielding infrastructure savings that result in an initial franchise investment starting at an estimated $141,000.

The current economic climate not only makes the relatively low-investment Office Evolution franchise offering very timely, but also the business support services the franchisees will provide their clients as well.  "We will create a network of innovative franchisees that support small-business people around the country.  This is a critical time to incubate small-business success.  Our franchisees will possess an ideal perspective to empathize and foster relationships with their clients as a result of their own similar experiences and aspirations," Hemmeter states.

"Small-business people are our heroes.  Our clients are brave individuals, and we will be there for them and help them thrive and prosper.  After nine years, we know these people very well.  We know how they think.  We know how they dream.  Moreover, we are them – we started out as one of them.

"By franchising our concept, we can make a substantive difference in the well-being of thousands of individuals & their families throughout the country.  Office Evolution franchisees will be uniquely qualified to develop their markets by helping individuals fulfill their dreams – because they will also fit this profile of their target client.  They will understand the psyche of those folks that look to carve out their own destiny.  And they will be engaged in exactly the same activity," concludes Hemmeter.
