CoMetrics Partners LLC Admits Elliot Smerling

NEW YORK, May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CoMetrics Partners LLC is pleased to announce that Elliot Smerling has been admitted to the Partnership, and named Managing Director of CoMetrics Advisors LLC, a newly formed division that will focus on corporate business development and finance initiatives.

Mr. Smerling brings over 20 years of international capital markets and corporate finance experience assisting clients in both domestic and international business development as well as debt and equity financing. Prior to joining CoMetrics, Mr. Smerling was a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Huntsman Gay Business Solution Partners/Laser Partners.  Previously, Mr. Smerling's senior banking positions were based in Hong Kong and London.
