READING, Pa., Dec. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Comfort Pro, Inc. provides a free Lennox Heating system to Alice and Joseph Julis of Reading, the deserving Berks County family selected as part of the 6th Annual Comfort Pro Cares Event.
After reviewing nomination letters and conducting site evaluations, the Julis family was selected as the 2017 recipient.
Alice and Joseph Julis have lived without heat for the past two years. Both elderly, they live on social security making it impossible to set aside the monies to purchase a new furnace. In addition, Joseph has Alzheimer's that requires round the clock care. The Julis' daughter and her husband also live at home where she is the primary caregiver for her father as well as her husband who is on disability.
"All I want is for them to be warm. That is what I want for Christmas," said Wanda Hargis.
"With their heating system being non-operational for the past two years, the Julis family has heated their home with electric heaters and the stove which are not only unsafe but also unhealthy," said Robert Newpher II, Comfort Pro sales manager.

On December 19th, a Comfort Pro team will be replacing the Julis' current gas furnace and hot water heater with a new Lennox high efficiency gas furnace and hot water heater valued at approximately $4,300.00.
