Coming This Summer to an Amphitheater Near You... Unity Tour 2010

NEW YORK, March 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Two great American rock bands are set to tour together for the first time ever.  This summer, 311 and The Offspring will join forces for Unity Tour 2010; an 18 date run of US amphitheaters.  Don't miss your chance to see two of rock's most exciting and enduring bands plus special guests Pepper.

311 are touring behind their 2009 studio release, Uplifter - the highest charting 311 album ever, debuting at #3.  311's reputation as a renowned live band has grown steadily along with their catalog of modern rock hits – including "Down," "All Mixed Up," "Amber," "Come Original," "Beautiful Disaster" and "Love Song."

The Offspring are currently in the studio working on the follow-up to their heralded Rise And Fall, Rage And Grace album, which featured the alternative and rock radio staples "Hammerhead" and "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid." The band will take a break from the studio to hit the road and debut some new material along with their classic hits. The band are known best for their modern rock anthems including "Self Esteem," "Come Out And Play (Keep 'Em Separated)" and "The Kids Aren't Alright."

Special guests on the tour are rock-reggae trio Pepper.  Originally from Hawaii, the band bring a live show honed over years of grassroots touring including stints on the Warped Tour.  

311's Unity Tour has consistently been one of the biggest modern rock tours of the summer.  Past tours have included Snoop Dogg, Papa Roach, Matisyahu, The Wailers and The Roots.  The 2010 Unity Tour with 311 & The Offspring should be the biggest and best yet.
