Comm100 Makes Live Chat Installation Easier than Ever on Magento & Drupal

VANCOUVER, July 31, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Comm100, the world's leading provider of live chat and email marketing solutions, announced today the release of live chat plugins for two popular content management systems: Magento and Drupal, which makes installing Comm100 Live Chat onto a Magento or Drupal based website a real breeze.

Comm100 Live Chat is an award-winning live chat support solution for businesses to engage their website visitors in real time. Before the release of the Magento plugin and Drupal plugin, businesses who build their websites with Magento or Drupal can also use Comm100 Live Chat to serve their customers. They needed to get a special piece of code from Comm100 and insert it into the source code of their websites. The plugins save them from the "coding" and make installation of Comm100 Live Chat but a few clicks. The whole process can be completed within several minutes and right from the Magento or Drupal admin panel. The plugins can be downloaded from both Comm100's website and Magento Connect or Drupal's module directory.

"Comm100 values integration with third-party platforms or systems. Before Magento and Drupal, we have already developed plugins for WordPress, Joomla, Shopify and Salesforce. And we are working on integration with social media and Google analytics now. Hopefully, we will see Comm100 Live Chat working beautifully with various e-commerce solutions and tools," said Kevin Gao, CEO and Founder of Comm100.

Comm100 Live Chat is ranked top 3 in the "2014 Best Enterprise Chat Software" category on TopTenReviews and a silver winner of Best in Biz Awards. Learn more about Comm100 Live Chat at: http://www.comm100.com/livechat/
