In his role as CRO, John will lead commercetools' global revenue organization, overseeing sales, customer expansion, and go-to-market execution. He will focus on scaling predictable growth, expanding enterprise adoption across industries, and translating platform capabilities into clear commercial outcomes for customers worldwide.

John brings more than 17 years of experience leading enterprise revenue organizations, including responsibility for over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue across the Americas at PTC, the market leader in product design, manufacturing, and service software. His background spans complex enterprise sales, global account expansion, and scaling go-to-market teams in highly technical environments.
